Chinese defense minister to visit sensitive sites

China’s defense minister and a delegation of military officials will visit sensitive U.S. military facilities this week, raising fresh concerns that the Pentagon may not be fully abiding by a 2000 law restricting Chinese military visits.
- Stops at Naval Amphibious Base Coronado, Seymour Johnson AFB, Camp Lejeune, and West Point raise concerns over law restricting Chinese military access
- Gen. Liang Guanglie to dine with Panetta
- Trip comes two weeks after Chinese mobile strategic missile launchers showcased at North Korean military parade
